The morning gets off to a grey, foggy start, and it doesn’t improve much as the day goes on. Fog gives way to heavy cloud cover and showers through the afternoon, with sleet in northern areas of the country. Although the precipitation will slow as we head into the evening, expect fog to form once again overnight.
Temperatures start off cold at 0-2°C in the morning, rising to a maximum of 2-4°C in the afternoon, and heading back down towards zero in the evening.
