Unknown suspects stole 900 litres of diesel from a stationary lorry on a parking between Lorentzweiler and Lintgen. Considering the current petrol prices, the 900 litres equal about €1,350. The driver of the lorry discovered the empty tank while trying to start the engine on Monday morning.

A theft also occurred at a construction site in Rue Yvonne Useldinger in Differdange. Unknown suspects entered the area over the weekend and stole several hundred metres of copper wire.

A burglary took place in a family home in Mühlenweg in the capital between 11 p.m. on Sunday and 6.30 a.m. on Monday. Unknown suspects supposedly entered through a bathroom window at the rear side of the building and stole a laptop, credit cards, a smartphone, as well as cash money. The owner noticed the break-in upon returning home.
