Several roads will be closed over the weekend.

According to ACL, a lane on the A6 motorway towards the Croix de Gasperich will subject to a staggered closure, starting between the Bertrange exit and the Croix de Cessange (8am-10am), proceeding to the Bertrange exit (10am-12pm), and finally at the Croix de Gasperich on the ramp leading to the A3 in the direction of France (12pm-2pm). Drivers can expect traffic to slow in the area.

Roads will also be closed in the capital, at the Cloche d'Or, and in Bereldange:

  • Avenue Victor Hugo will be closed on Saturday between 7am and 8pm between rue Henri VII and Allée Schaeffer;
  • one side of Boulevard Kockelscheuer (Cloche d'Or) will be closed Sunday between 5.30am and 4pm, between Boulevard Raiffeisen and Rue Charles Darwin. Deviations will be indicated.
  • Rue de Bridel (CR181) in Bereldange will be closed from 8am to 4pm between Rue de l'Europe and Rue Michel Rodange.

Drivers are reminded that stormy weather, heavy winds and rain are predicted for Sunday evening, and are also advised to avoid the affected areas and to stay informed about any developments.
