Trade unions LCGB and OGBL and the management of Dupont de Nemours have signed a three-year collective agreement covering 622 employees, introducing pay rises and new bonuses.
The Luxembourg Confederation of Christian Trade Unions (LCGB), the Independent Luxembourg Trade Union Confederation (OGBL), and the management of Dupont de Nemours state in a press release that they signed a new collective agreement on 23 February 2026 covering the company’s 622 employees. The agreement will run for three years, from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028.
According to the press release, the new agreement includes the following key measures:
- Three one-off bonuses over the three-year period for all employees covered by the collective agreement
- A pay rise spread over the three years, with a guaranteed minimum increase for non-shift workers
- A new seniority bonus at 10, 15, 20, 30, and 35 years of service
- An increased bonus for 25 years of service
- A new bonus granted upon retirement
All other provisions of the current collective agreement remain unchanged.
The LCGB and the OGBL emphasised in the press release that, in an uncertain economic climate, the agreement provides stability and reflects recognition of employees’ commitment.
