This was reported by the weekly newspaper ‘Lëtzebuerger Land’.
The colleague is said to have refused and instead informed the head of the National Health Directorate, Dr Jean-Claude Schmit. Dr Schmit allegedly suspended the staff member and informed the public prosecutor’s office.
A spokesperson of the National Health Directorate confirmed to ‘Lëtzebuerger Land’ that the agency has sent a file related to a staff member to the public prosecutor’s office.
The Ministry of Health has yet to comment on the accusations.
