It's that time of year when everyone starts really feeling the Luxembourg vibe: Schueberfouer, gromperekichelcher, country flags, everyone packed together in a tight space, rainy days, drunk people fighting, the classics.
From this afternoon until early September, everyone and their mother will be going to the Glacis to enjoy the iconic fair. Be advised, though: the weather will not cooperate on this opening day.
There will be a risk of rain throughout the day, with chances increasing as the day advances. We might even get a bit of a storm going... The wind could also reach at least 50 km/h, which will probably delight anyone looking to spice things up on the big wheel at the fair.
Temperatures will range from 12–14°C in the morning, all the way up to 22°C in the afternoon.
