On Christmas Day, Jacoby wrote on Twitter that Tanson and Prime Minister Xavier Bettel would have been “sentenced to hang”, had they undergone the 1947 Nürnberg trials over their plans for vaccinating the population against Covid-19.

Tanson told Radio 100,7 that she was taking a stand as such outrageous allegations should not be allowed. She confirmed she had filed an official complaint with the public prosecutor’s office.
