According to Luxemburger Wort, the mayor of Waldbredimus, Louis Oberhag, announced on Friday that he would resign.

Oberhag stated that he acted in the interest of his municipality.
Just one month earlier, councillors Jean-Paul Thiltges and Trine Guldager Bodker had resigned from their respective positions, citing disagreements with the mayor.
