
Minister Lenert further explained that the current vaccination rate for people between the age of 20 and 24 is 44%, the one for people below the age of 29 is 45%, and the one for adolescents aged 12 to 17 is 51%.
In comparison, the vaccination rate for people above the age of 50 is more than 70%.
The government will continue to reinforce its message and vaccination offer as much as possible. Aside from the mobile unit, vaccination teams might even set up in high schools and supermarkets.
More than 200 general practitioners currently offer to administer Covid-19 vaccines.
