
The individual was sentenced at second instance in January 2018 to a €2000 fine. The Court of Cassation however annulled the decision, as the judgment was missing a time frame, thus referring the case to the court of second instance.
Amongst other things, the accused reportedly posted messaged on social media saying that the children of refugees were free to hit, steal from and deal drugs to other children at school without facing repercussions.
The new verdict will be pronounced on 3 March.
