The National Health Laboratory (LNS) has sequenced 221 coronavirus samples from a total of 404 new infections between 1 and 8 August.

The Delta variant remains dominant in Luxembourg and currently accounts for 94.4% of all cases.
The Gamma variant has been reduced to a mere 4.4%.
