Unknown suspects broke into the basement of an apartment building in Gasperich on New Year’s Day. They broke open the locks of nine different compartments and stole various items. The police sent an investigative unit to the scene and opened an enquiry.
Another break-in occurred in Petange at 9.25pm on Saturday. Unknown suspects made it into a ground-floor apartment through the entry door and stole several objects.
Two further burglaries took place in Kahler. According to reports, two suspects broke a window and entered a house, while a second similar break-in also occurred elsewhere in the town. An investigative unit was sent to both locations and police opened an enquiry.
