The A31 will be closed on four nights during the week of 3 November for signage and gantry repairs between Mondelange and Maizières-lès-Metz, the Direction Interdépartementale des Routes (DIR) Est has announced.
Work begins on the evening of Monday 3 November and runs until Friday 7 November. The motorway will close each night from 9pm to 5 am in the Luxembourg-to-Metz direction, with the closure point at Mondelange.

The shutdown will affect:
- Mondelange interchange (junction 37)
- Slip roads to the A31 at junctions 37 (Mondelange), 36 (Talange) and 35 (Maizières-lès-Metz)
Diversions towards Metz will be in place and lanes will reopen during the day. Traffic in the opposite direction, from Metz to Luxembourg, will not be affected.
