Colmar-Berg welcomed six newly built single-family homes on Thursday, aimed at providing affordable rental options.
The project, located on Rue de la Poste behind the renovated Nelsons Haff farm, was developed jointly by the municipality and the Housing Fund, with partial funding from the Ministry of Housing. The total cost exceeded €5 million.
All six homes share the same layout and energy ratings, ranging between A+ and B. The ground floor includes an entrance hall with a cloakroom, a toilet, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area opening onto a terrace and garden.
The first floor houses three bedrooms and a bathroom, while the primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is located on the second floor.
Each house also features a private carport and an additional outdoor parking space.
