Four people were injured in two separate traffic accidents on Luxembourg's roads on Tuesday afternoon, according to the emergency services.

The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) reported that two separate traffic accidents on Tuesday afternoon resulted in injuries to four people.

The first incident occurred at around 1.34pm on the A1 motorway between the Howald tunnel and the Iergäertchen roundabout. A collision involving three cars left one person injured, prompting a response from firefighters and paramedics based in Luxembourg City.

Just over an hour later, shortly after 3pm, a two-car collision on the RN04 between Cloche d'Or and Leudelange left three people injured. Emergency services from Leudelange and Dudelange were despatched to the scene.
