There is a new arrival at the Grand Ducal Court: Princess Alexandra and her husband Nicolas Bagory have become parents for the second time, welcoming a baby boy called Hélie. As the Grand Ducal Court explained in a press release on Tuesday, the birth took place on Friday, with Victoire being ecstatic to gain a little brother.
