Following a night of heavy rain, and a red alert that has been in place for the whole country since last night, the day will start off in the same vein, but things are set to clear up by the afternoon.
There continues to be a red weather alert in place for heavy rainfall until 8am today, and an orange alert in place in the south and yellow in the north for flooding, until 2pm. Things are set to brighten significantly by the afternoon however, with the rain stopping and the sun making an appearance.
Temperatures are mild, with 12-15°C in the morning, rising to a maximum of 19°C in the afternoon, and dropping to 13-16°C in the evening.
If you are planning to be out for the day, it's a day to dress for all eventualities!
