Between Tuesday and Wednesday, police intercepted three motorists for a series of offences including speeding, drink-driving, and possession of illegal items.

On Thursday evening, officers were called to an incident between Hivange and Fingig, where bystanders had reported a car being pushed along the road. At the scene, police discovered that the driver did not hold a valid licence and had refused to take an alcohol and drug test. A provisional driving ban was issued and a report filed.

Earlier, on Wednesday night, a car travelling at high speed from Belvaux towards the A4 was stopped at the Raemerich roundabout. During the check, officers found several pepper sprays in the vehicle. The driver was fined for both possession of the sprays and excessive speed.

A third incident took place the same night on Rue de Grass in Itzig, where a motorist crashed into a mailbox in front of a house. Police located the driver shortly afterwards, with a breathalyser test confirming alcohol consumption. A provisional driving ban was imposed. According to the police report, the man was also "uncooperative" and driving a vehicle that was not properly registered, leading officers to immobilise the car.
