On Wednesday, emergency services responded to multiple incidents across the region, resulting in two injuries.
The first accident occurred at 11.11am on Rue de Luxembourg in Rollingen, where two cars collided. No one was injured. Paramedics from Lintgen and Mersch attended the scene.
Shortly after, at approximately 11.28am, another collision took place on Rue de Luxembourg in Esch-sur-Alzette. Two vehicles were involved, and one person sustained injuries. Firefighters and an ambulance from Esch-sur-Alzette responded to this incident.
Later in the day, at 2.30pm, a single-vehicle crash occurred on the CR142 between Flaxweiler and Oberdonven. A car collided with a tree, injuring one person. Rescue workers from Mertert, Flaxweiler, and Wormeldange were despatched to the scene.
At 3.06pm, emergency services were called to a façade fire on Boulevard des Lumières in Belvaux. The fire was quickly contained, and there were no injuries reported.
