A police patrol picked up an individual at the Schueberfouer after he was observed screaming aggressively at a woman.

The man was taken into custody in the early hours of Thursday morning for screaming at a fellow fun fair guest at the Glacis.

When approached by police, the individual refused to calm down and instead became more aggressive in his behaviour. As a result, officers decided he represented a danger to himself and others in his intoxicated state, and took him for a medical check. The man was then made to spend the rest of the night in custody in order to sober up.
