French rail workers are set to go on strike on Friday, which could have a knock-on effect for cross-border commuters.
In a press release issued by CFL, the rail operator warned commuters should expect delays on trains between Luxembourg and France in both directions. The line linking Luxembourg City with Thionville and Metz is likely to experience repercussions of the strike action.
The SNCF announced that the TGV service to and from Luxembourg City would not be affected by alterations.
Customers are encouraged to check their journey before they travel on the CFL website or app.
