The police have issued a witness appeal regarding an incident that occurred on 31 March 2024, near the central railway station in Luxembourg City.
The violent assault took place between 5 and 5.30am at the intersection of Fort Neipperg and Avenue de la Gare. During the attack, two men stole the victim's wallet and cigarettes. When the victim attempted to photograph the assailants with their phone, the perpetrators violently snatched the phone, causing the victim to fall and sustain facial injuries.
The police have not released a description of the suspects.
