Luxembourg City and Dudelange have witnessed a series of burglaries, with law enforcement successfully apprehending suspects in both locations.
In Luxembourg City, an office building on Place de la Gare became the target of several individuals, resulting in the theft of laptops. Quick police response led to the arrest of multiple suspects, two of whom were arrested on the orders of the public prosecutor's office. The arrested individuals were brought before an examining magistrate on Monday morning.
Similarly, Dudelange experienced break-ins at various office buildings where money was stolen. A police patrol managed to surprise three suspects in the act, leading to their arrest under the directive of the public prosecutor's office.
The police reported two more break-ins on Sunday. In Neudorf/Luxembourg City, residents thwarted a burglary attempt, causing the perpetrators to flee with stolen items. Meanwhile, in Esch-sur-Alzette, unknown individuals broke into a shop, making off with stolen money.
