MP Fernand Kartheiser accused the government of shortcomings regarding vaccinations and the management of vaccine damages. The ADR put forward a list of 20 demands for the government in relation to the pandemic, with vaccine damages being labelled the “most important subject.”

MP Kartheiser noted: “We have data from the Paul Ehrlich Institute, which point towards a high number of deaths, as well as serious and severe adverse reactions.” Since the politician believes that these things are not being discussed in Luxembourg, he wants to know more about the mortality rate and statistics on side effects.

MP Kartheiser further criticised that the “pharmaceutical industry is absolved from responsibility due to the contracts made with the EU. It will be down to tax payers and individual countries to cover for issues.” The party thus laments that Luxembourg handed its sovereignty over to the EU Commission, which they say the ADR would not have done.

Another question raised by the party involved reparations for vaccine damages: “What are the procedures here? Practically nothing, it is all rather clumsy at best.”
