A security system will be put in place to supervise the planned anti-Covid-restrictions demonstrations this weekend. Officers on the ground will aim to ensure the event runs smoothly, as well as regulating traffic around the area reserved for the protest.
Finally, the authorities issued a reminder that many municipalities in Luxembourg have banned the private use of fireworks and firecrackers this year. In the municipalities where fireworks are permitted, the police recommend to use safe products with the “CE” symbol and to respect the safety instructions.
