In a press release published on Friday, the Ministry said rapid tests can only be carried out or supervised on site by specific healthcare professionals with the authority to establish a European digital certificate with QR code in the event of a negative result. Such a certificate is valid for 24 hours.

These tests can only be certified by doctors, pharmacists, nurses, physiotherapists, or government or municipal council public officials, all of whom must have undergone specific training and been authorised by the government.
In addition, the Ministry issued a reminder that selling certificates over the internet is a violation of the law and exposes the people who sell and buy them to potential prosecution.
