Of the 900 delivered bags with 10% THC, there are around 300 remaining at the wholesaler. The next delivery is expected next month.
18% THC cannabis is not currently available.
The shortage is not due to budget restrictions, but supply issues on the producer’s side, said Paulette Lenert in a response to a parliamentary question by Pirate MP Sven Clement.
She did not want to make predictions about the purchase volumes for next year. This would depend on the usage levels, she said.
