Police in Luxembourg City are investigating the discovery of a significant amount of human blood on Place du Théâtre early Tuesday morning.
Officers were alerted to the scene – located at the lower end of Côte d’Eich, an extension of Rue du Fossé – at approximately 7.30am. Forensic checks confirmed the substance was human blood.
While several sources indicate that a fight occurred at the location Tuesday morning, police have not yet confirmed this information. Authorities are currently withholding further details regarding the origin of the blood.
