Emergency services responded to three separate road incidents, resulting in multiple injuries, within a short timeframe on Tuesday afternoon.

The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) was called to a series of road incidents on Tuesday afternoon.

The first collision occurred at around 1pm on the A1 motorway between the Cents tunnel and Kirchberg. The two-vehicle accident resulted in two injured individuals, who were treated at the scene by paramedics from Luxembourg City.

Shortly after, at around 1.30pm, a pedestrian was struck and injured by a car on Route d’Arlon in Strassen. Emergency crews from Mamer and Bertrange were dispatched to provide assistance.

Approximately 10 minutes later, emergency services were called to Boulevard Pierre Werner in Luxembourg City following a collision between a car and a bus. Personnel from Luxembourg City and Findel responded. No injuries were reported in this third incident.
