Ideally, the EU takes a joint approach to third vaccinations, says Paulette Lenert

Minister Lenert hopes that the EU will announce a joint strategy in terms of administering third vaccination doses. Despite the fact that other countries have already taken a decision in that regard, adding another shot to the process is currently no priority in Luxembourg, Lenert further stated.

The LSAP politician also talked about the new procedures of the Large Scale Testing at the Park & Ride in Howald.

As of Monday, PCR tests at the site will no longer be done with swabs, but instead use saliva samples. Minister Lenert noted that although these tests are not more precise than the ones previously used, they are still more comfortable for patients.

People who want to participate in the Large Scale Testing no longer need an invitation to do so.
