For Luxembourg residents, this means that any entry into Swiss territory will need to be accompanied by a quarantine of ten days. Swiss authorities will not accept a negative Covid test as a reason for quarantine exemption, and a negative test will not reduce the duration of the quarantine either. Travel for professional or medical reasons will be permitted, as will transit through Switzerland, without the required quarantine.

Switzerland’s travel restrictions can be found in full on the

Swiss government website.
