In Hesperange and Roeser, two cars caught fire and firefighters had to be called in.
Three separate house fires erupted in Frisange, Diekirch and Pétange.
In Dippach, firefighters had to be called in after a chimney had caught fire while another fire was caused by a short circuit.
In each case, local emergency services were called to the scene.
No one was injured in the incidents, despite material damage to the cars and homes.
