Could there be one or more arsonists at work in Luxembourg after the recent spate in car fires and containers found burning in empty warehouses?
This is the question on many people's minds after the 11 car fires in the past month. Police are investigating but are keeping the results under wraps for now.
Two cars went up in flames on Sunday, one in Howald and one in Dalheim.
On Friday, three cars were found burning in Alzingen - company cars for a firm in the care sector. The same company's cars had already been targeted in a case of apparent arson.
Since 30 December, 11 cars were completely destroyed by fire. But even in the months leading up to the recent series of incidents, there had already been a number of unexplained fires: Cars, containers, bins and sheds - and once even a van with two gas cylinders on board, which fortunately didn't explode.
