The ceremony took place at the Grand Duke Jean casern in Diekirch.

Aside from parents Tessy and Frank Floessel, a number of family members and royals were present at the christening on Saturday: step-sister Julia (Floessel's daughter from a previous relationship), Princes Gabriel and Noah (Tessy's sons from her marriage with Prince Louis), as well as ex-husband Prince Louis and his fiancée Scarlett-Lauren Sirgue.

Theodor was born on 26 August and is the third child of former Princess Tessy.
