Princess Alexandra and Nicolas Bagory were married at the Town Hall in Luxembourg City on Saturday afternoon.

The couple and their guests arrived at the Town Hall on Place Guillaume II shortly before 3pm.

The civil ceremony took place at 3.30pm.
At 4pm, the newlywed couple left the Town Hall to greet the crowd gathered on Place Guillaume II and accept their well-wishes.

Princess Alexandra and Nicolas Bagory, together with the rest of the Grand-Ducal family, then proceeded to the palace, where the guests for the wedding party arrived at 5.45pm.

The wedding reception started at 6pm. Besides the Grand-Ducal family and the relatives of Nicolas Bagory, several prominent politicians from Luxembourg were in attendance.

Princess Alexandra, 31, is the only daughter of Grand Duke Henri and his wife Grand Duchess Maria Teresa. Her fiancé Bagory, 34, grew up in Brittany in France. He later studied political science and classical studies and now works in the cultural sector.
