On Friday, 7 August, the festival will kick off with national and international artists. Anyone familiar with the German hip-hop scene may know the Cologne rap duo Lugatti & 9ine. The punk group Rogers from Düsseldorf will also be there, as will the Munich Urban Brass band Moop Mama. Fans of Luxembourgish acts can look forward to performances by De Läb, T the Boss, Marcy, Hunneg-Strëpp, and more.
As usual the Saturday will be all about electronic music, with appearances from international artists such as Australian DJ Marlo and Dutch DJane VE/RA. Luxembourgish duo Netty Hugo and WAZTOO will also perform. 16 of the 23 acts on Saturday come from Luxembourg, with which e-lake once again underlines its commitment to the local music scene this year.
The Sunday is traditionally dedicated to Luxembourgish music. This year, attendees can look forward to Schëppe Siwen, The Disliked, Max Feller & the Music Makers and Mambo Schinki, among others.
A bus and shuttle system will be in place to transport visitors to and from the city. As always, admission is free.
