Young talent sought for dance project to be performed at Luxembourg city's Grand Théâtre

Why would someone want to morph into a dancer, against all odds?

Driven
sets out to answer this question by giving the floor to dancers and their artistic expression. The show, a playful dance dialogue, will be performed by Jean Guillaume Weis and guests, including young talents.

The non-profit Danz asbl, Luxembourg's city theaters and the National Youth Service (SNJ) are inviting 12-30 years to participate in the project by answering the question: "What drives you? Show who you are, what you like, and what defines you", in words and moves. Answers have to be filmed and the video sent by 28 February 2018 to the email address: driven@youth.lu.

The selected candidates will be invited to a workshop held in April, and during which a professional crew will film their video proposals.

Driven will be performed at Grand Théâtre du Luxembourg 26 and 27 June 2018
