The Union Grand-Duc Adolphe (UGDA) represents choral societies, brass bands, music schools, theatrical societies, folklore associations and instrumental groups in Luxembourg and currently has over 13,000 individual members.
In December 2018, former president Martine Deprez announced her resignation due to time/personal reasons. Deprez’ mandate would have gone until 2020, but former vice president Gilbert Girsch will now take on this position until next year.
In 2020, the UGDA administrative board will be renewed for four more years.
