Free concerts took place in the Grund, Clausen and Pfaffenthal on Saturday evening for the 2019 edition of the Blues’n Jazz Rallye.
The festival was organised by the Luxembourg City Tourist Office and the City of Luxembourg in collaboration with the Blues Club.
The Blues’n Jazz Rallye has become a mainstay festival for both locals and non-locals for the past 25 years.
With 200 musicians, 68 concerts and 10 open air stages, the event’s organisers have put a lot of effort into making this year’s edition another successful one.
The blues highlight of the festival was Carl Wyatt, and jazz fans were in for a treat with Mezzoforte, a band from Iceland that was hugely popular in the 70’s.
