ZZ Top are on an extensive summer tour in Europe celebrating the 50th anniversary of the band’s formation back in 1969. The band, renowned for having one of the most consistently stable lineups in the history of rock (no infighting here!), is formed of trio singer/guitarist billy F Gibbons, bassist Dusty Hill, and drummer Frank Beard.
Ironically, Beard is the clean-shaven one of the band. Despite having been around for fifty years, nothing has changed for the band except that the beards are perhaps a bit longer.
