Swedish artist Yaeger has released Cast Away, the second single from her debut album Pirate Bae, due in early 2026.

Following May’s Take it! Take it! and a summer festival run that included Roskilde, the new track dives into themes of abandonment and resilience, with Yaeger describing it as “feeling shipwrecked, forced to make destiny your own.”

Produced by Sebastian Furrer and Federico Pinna, and co-written with Linus Wiklund and Noonie Bao, Cast Away continues Yaeger’s bold, narrative-driven pop. She’ll perform it live at upcoming dates including Italy’s Ypsigrock Festival (10 Augusz) and Malmöfestivalen (15 August).

After breaking through with her 2023 EP Jaguar, Yaeger has earned Grammy nominations, an ELLE Gala award, and accolades including Sweden’s Music Publishers’ Breakthrough of the Year, cementing her as one of the country’s most exciting exports.
