Dublin's raw and electrifying garage punk band SPRINTS are heading to Luxembourg this summer, and Today Radio is giving you the chance to see them live at Rotondes on 15 August.
Formed in 2019, Sprints have exploded onto the punk scene with their ferocious energy and emotional honesty. Their music, a punchy blend of noise punk, grunge and alt-rock, tackles everything from mental health to misogyny, all wrapped up in mosh-worthy guitar riffs and soaring vocals.
Frontwoman Karla Chubb draws from her own life in Dublin and Germany, channelling pain and perseverance into tracks that feel like intimate diary entries set to thunderous distortion. The band formed of Karla, Sam McCann (bass), Jack Callan (drums), and Zac Stephenson (guitar) have already supported big names like Yard Act and Suede, and their debut album Letter to Self received rave reviews earlier this year.
Check out our interview with Sprints here.
With their next album All That Is Over set for release in September, this show is your chance to catch them right before they blow up even bigger.
