International pop-rock sensation Alice Merton is bringing her bold, genre-defying sound to Luxembourg this autumn, with an eagerly anticipated live performance at Den Atelier on Wednesday, 5 November 2025.
There's no shame in admitting that you most likely know German, Canadian, English/Irish singer/songwriter Alice Merton off the back of breakout hit No Roots. It was, after all, MASSIVE.
That track came out in 2016, YES, we know! The years between could fill an entire career: A billion streams, top 10 charts across Europe, playing Coachella, 8x Platinum, US-Gold, and the release of two studio albums MINT and S.I.D.E.S.
More impressively, this has been achieved while remaining an Independent artist.
This concert is part of her latest tour, supporting her acclaimed sophomore album S.I.D.E.S. and 2024 EP Heron, which showcases a darker, more introspective evolution in her songwriting.
On this EP, Merton's thoughts turned inwards, and instead of finding a home in the outside world, she went on an internal journey of feeling lost on the inside and asking the question of all questions: who am I supposed to be, and how well do you know yourself at all?
Merton has carved a space for herself as an artist unafraid to take risks, blending indie-pop with alternative rock and electronic flourishes. Her live shows are lauded for their raw energy and emotional punch, with audiences drawn in by her magnetic stage presence and the authenticity of her performances.
Songs like Vertigo, Same Team, and Run Away Girl capture the turbulence and triumphs of navigating adulthood in a fractured world, making her concerts not just entertainment, but cathartic experiences.
With a live show that promises to deliver Merton's unique blend of driving basslines, emotive lyrics, and sharp vocal delivery, Merton promises an unforgettable night for fans both old and new.
