Turnstile are heading to Rockhal, bringing their unrelenting energy and genre-defying sound to Luxembourg for what promises to be one of the standout live shows of the year.
Since their formation in Baltimore, Turnstile have steadily reshaped the landscape of modern hardcore. Their music draws on punk urgency, alt-rock melodies, and flashes of psychedelia, creating a sound that is both chaotic and uplifting. Live, they are known for turning gigs into full-throttle communal experiences, with crowds singing every word and losing themselves in the sheer momentum of it all.
Their latest album, Never Enough, was released last Friday on Roadrunner Records. It is already earning praise for its ambition and range. The title track, released as a single in April, hinted at a more expansive approach while holding onto the emotional core and raw power that fans have come to expect. With the addition of new guitarist Meg Mills, the band with Brendan Yates on vocals, Pat McCrory on guitar, Franz Lyons on bass, and Daniel Fang on drums sound tighter and more fearless than ever.
Turnstile have never been easy to categorise. That’s part of what makes them essential. From the underground to festival main stages, they continue to build a global audience without compromising the joyful intensity that first set them apart.
