If you know Howl, you know. It’s the Black Rebel Motorcycle Club album that sounds nothing like the rest and they're coming to Luxembourg to play it live!

When it first came out in 2005, many people didn’t quite know what to make of Howl. Fans expected walls of guitar fuzz and ended up with handclaps, harmonicas, and gospel vibes. But the more one listened, the more it dug in. Now, twenty years later, BRMC are touring Howl in full and they’re bringing the show to den Atelier in November. We're already counting down.

This isn’t just nostalgia. Howl is full of songs that hit differently live, songs that feel like they were meant to echo off venue walls, not sit quietly in headphones. If you’re going to the show or just discovering the album, here are five tracks that explain why this record still matters:

Ain’t No Easy Way
An absolute live monster. It’s dusty, bluesy, and built for stomping feet. It always gets the crowd going, even people who’ve never heard the album before.

Devil’s Waitin’
The kind of song that hushes a room. Just voice and guitar. It’s raw and intimate and might just be one of BRMC’s best moments ever.

Gospel Song
This one creeps up on you. It builds slowly but once it hits, you’re completely in it. Live, we imagine this will be a real spine-tingler.

Weight of the World
A quiet favourite. Gentle, reflective, and full of heart. we can already picture this one with everyone swaying in silence.

Sympathetic Noose
Possibly the most beautiful track on the album. Layered and haunting, a reminder of how deep this band can go when they take their foot off the gas.

There aren’t many bands who would make a record like Howl in the first place, let alone bring it back to the stage two decades later. But that’s BRMC, always doing things their own way.

Tickets go on sale May 9th at 11am. We'll see you down the front at den Atelier on Saturday, November 29.
