In Tune is Today Radio's show for exploring classical, jazz and international music, brought to you in collaboration with the Philharmonie Luxembourg. Listeners are invited to join new host, Elinor Guinane, as she takes you on a journey through iconic classical moments, jazz masterpieces, world music and new works.

“We are sad to see Eva go, but we are looking forward to working with Elinor and continuing to bring the sounds of the Philharmonie to our listeners at Today Radio,” says Head of Programming, Sam Steen.

Elinor will be relaunching In Tune on Tuesday 6th May. “I was absolutely thrilled when I was asked to become the new presenter for In Tune,” says Elinor, who has a background in classical music, education and writing. “I love finding out all those interesting facts and stories behind each piece of music, and I hope I can bring some fresh sounds to the show. I have big shoes to fill, though!”

Eva Klein, who has been the face of In Tune since its inception, is proud of what the show has achieved over the past two years and is delighted that it is set to continue following her departure. She says, “from the get-go, In Tune has been all about connecting with people, telling them stories and talking about music – particularly classical – in a refreshing way. I couldn’t be happier that the Philharmonie and RTL Today teams have found a way to keep the show going. I’ll definitely be tuning in from afar.”

Head of the Marketing and Digital Division at the Philharmonie, Aliki Zachariadis, remarks, “In Tune is our way of opening the doors of the Philharmonie even wider – bringing the stories and music of our concerts to everyone, wherever they are. We’re thrilled to welcome Elinor, our new host, and take this next step in sharing great music with even greater reach.”

Host Josh Oudendijk will continue to make the occasional appearance, bringing his specialist knowledge of pop and soul music.

Join us for the next episode of In Tune at 7.00pm on Tuesday 6th May. Previous episodes are available on RTL Play.
