Alternative rock legends Pixies are set to return to Luxembourg for a sold-out show at den Atelier on Tuesday, 23 April, as part of their global tour celebrating the release of their latest album The Night the Zombies Came.
With a legacy spanning more than three decades, the Pixies remain one of the most influential and revered bands in alternative music. From the raw power of Surfer Rosa to the cult brilliance of Doolittle, their loud quiet loud dynamic has inspired generations of artists including Nirvana, Radiohead, and beyond.
Their newest album, The Night the Zombies Came, is their most cinematic work yet. Gothic themes, sci-fi, western vibes, and punk urgency all collide in a collection of songs that manage to feel both nostalgic and entirely fresh. Featuring new bassist Emma Richardson and produced by longtime collaborator Tom Dalgety, the record shows a band that's still pushing boundaries while paying homage to the past.
And while the show is officially sold out, Today Radio has your way in. We're giving away a pair of tickets to one lucky listener. All you have to do is answer this question:
