After the success of her 2022 EP 'The Butterfly Effect', Luxembourg composer and guitarist Veda Bartringer takes the listener on a journey into space with her latest album, to be performed live and in full in Ettelbruck on Friday.

On 19 April, the Veda Bartinger Quartet will be performing their new album 'Deep Space Adventure' at the CAPE Ettelbruck. And they will have one thing in mind: taking you on a musical adventure to space. So, get ready to experience a classically trained jazz masterclass with influences coming from as far as Brazil and India, but also fusion and funk music.

Their new album really focuses on the journey of travelling to space. After a musically interpreted takeoff in a rocket (Lift Off), the listener goes on a spacewalk (Lazy Space Walk), helps avoid asteroids (Avoid the Asteroid) and embarks on a trip to Jupiter moon Io and his volcan (Io's Volcan) before safely getting back to earth in the end (Down to Earth). On this album and in its eleven compositions, Bartringer turns her focus to the openness and infinity of space and the universe.

Tickets are €26 for adults, €13 for kids and €1.50 if you have the Kulturpass. You can get tickets here.
