Rock University series (4)Clarisse covers "Figures"

RTL Today
Every week, we present music Made in Luxembourg, with young students performing acoustic covers.

Every Friday, RTL You will be presenting a new musician and their personal cover of a well-known song. Our fourth instalment sees Clarisse perform the song “Figures.”

Clarisse has been singing as long as she has been talking. After mastering her musical education with great success, she then moved on to learning the flute before pursuing lessons in guitar and piano. After a few years, Clarisse ended up taking some time out - to the disappointment of her music teachers.

However, she ended up missing music and has gone to the Rock University to continue honing her singing skills. Taking the exam in classical singing reinvigorated Clarisse and in the meantime, her singing techniques have come to a point where she is developing her own style. The next step is writing her own music.

The Rock University is not any old Music School. Here it’s not just about playing music; it’s about feeling the music, experiencing it, and most importantly, making it your own. Every class is tailored to students’ needs, and the ensuing results have proved the viability of this approach.

Classes are accessible to all, from beginners to experts, and the staff is composed of professional musicians, passionate individuals who aim to support and cultivate all levels of talent.
