The national Cyclocross Championship took place in Cessange on Sunday.

Women

Marie Schreiber secured her third title at the Elite level. She dominated from the start and secured a clear victory ahead of Nina Berton and Maïté Barthels.

In the Espoirs (U23) category, Liv Wenzel took the win, with Gwen Nothum and Layla Barthels finishing second and third, respectively.

Kylie Bintz triumphed in the Junior category, finishing ahead of Elena Lopes.

The title in the Masters category was claimed by Suzie Godart, who edged out Melanie Wunsch for first place.

In the Beginner category, June Nothum took first place, followed by Chiara Christen and Amy Breuer in second and third.

Men

Loïc Bettendorff is the new Elite-level cyclocross champion. The CT Aterdaul rider claimed a clear victory after over an hour of racing. While he shared the lead with U23 Mathieu Kockelmann during the first lap, Bettendorff soon pulled ahead and raced mostly on his own. The race concluded after seven laps. Raphaël Kockelmann finished in second place, with Ken Conter taking third.

In the U23 category, Mathieu Kockelmann secured the title, followed by Mil Morang in second and Noa Berton in third.

In the Junior category, Jonah Flammang emerged victorious after an exciting race against Lennox Papi. The two riders battled fiercely, with Flammang edging out Papi in the final meters to claim the win. Lenn Schmitz secured third place.

The title in the Masters category went to Oli Paderhuber. In an stunning three-way battle, he was able to prevail over Claude Wolter and Tommy Arnoldy.

In the men's Beginners' category, Tun Sinner was able to assert himself. The rider from Team Toproad Réiserbann was stronger than his teammate Dave Cichy. Here, 3rd place went to Yannis Molter.
